चरण ८: स्थान और जगह

१. सुवेला का तट: यह लंका द्वीप पर वानर सेना का लैंडिंग बिंदु है। यह प्राचीन सफेद रेत और दांतेदार काली चट्टानों के साथ एक ऊबड़-खाबड़, सुंदर तटरेखा है जो फ़िरोज़ा समुद्र से मिलती है। सुवेला पर्वत की तलहटी समुद्र तट से तेजी से ऊपर उठती है, जो विदेशी, फूलों के पेड़ों और प्राचीन लताओं से ढकी हुई है। रात में, यह क्षेत्र एक विशाल सैन्य शिविर में बदल जाता है, जो हजारों टिमटिमाती मशालों और राम की उपस्थिति की दिव्य चमक से रोशन होता है।

२. लंका का स्वर्ण नगर: त्रिकूट पर्वत के ऊपर स्थित, यह शहर खगोलीय वास्तुकला का एक चमत्कार है, जिसे स्वयं विश्वकर्मा ने बनाया है। इसकी दीवारें ठोस सोने से बनी हैं, जिनमें हीरे और नीलम जड़े हुए हैं जो सूरज और चाँद की रोशनी को पकड़ते हैं। महलों में ऊंचे शिखर और बालकनियाँ हैं जो बादलों को छूती हुई प्रतीत होती हैं, जहाँ से विशाल महासागर दिखाई देता है। अपनी सुंदरता के बावजूद, शहर अपने शासक रावण के अहंकार से दमनकारी और भारी महसूस होता है।

चरण ९: सिनेमाई पटकथा

दृश्य १: रावण की बालकनी - रात (४५ सेकंड)
कैमरा शाही बालकनी के भव्य, सोने से नक्काशीदार स्तंभों के पार जाता है। रावण एक काले एकाश्म की तरह खड़ा है, उसके दस चेहरे छाया में छिपे हुए हैं।
रावण (गहरी, गूंजती आवाज): उन्होंने असंभव को पार कर लिया है। पत्थर तैरते हैं, और वनवासी मेरी मिट्टी पर खड़े हैं।
वह शुक और सारण की ओर मुड़ता है, जो छाया में नीचे झुकते हैं।

वह अपनी गदा से जमीन पर प्रहार करते हैं। भ्रम टूट जाता है। शुक और सारण चिल्लाते हैं क्योंकि उनकी बंदर की खाल धूसर राक्षस मांस में बदल जाती है।

यह शब्द पूरे समुद्र तट पर गूँजता है। सन्नाटा तुरंत छा जाता है। जैसे ही राम आगे बढ़ते हैं, बंदर अलग हो जाते हैं।
विभीषण: मेरे प्रभु, ये रावण की आँखें हैं। वे हमारे रहस्य चुराने आए हैं।
राम जासूसों की ओर देखते हैं। वे कांप रहे हैं, रो रहे हैं।
राम (अलंकृत और शांत): यदि तुमने वह देख लिया है जिसे तुम देखने आए थे, तो तुम्हारा कार्य पूरा हुआ। यदि और भी कुछ है जिसे तुम देखना चाहते हो, तो रुक जाओ। मेरी सेना एक खुली किताब है।
शुक (हकलाते हुए): आप... आप हमें नहीं मारेंगे?
राम: राम भयभीत पर प्रहार नहीं करता। अपने राजा के पास वापस जाओ। उससे कहो कि रघु का धनुष चढ़ गया है। उससे कहो कि जिसने सीता को चुराया है, वह अपने ही अहंकार की आग में अपने शहर को जलते हुए देखेगा।
राम अपनी पीठ फेर लेते हैं। यह सर्वोच्च आत्मविश्वास का संकेत है।

दृश्य ५: पलायन - शाम (३० सेकंड)
